Centred around compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, this class is designed to develop strength that actually lasts — in your muscles, your bones, and the way you move every day. You’ll train with purpose, focusing on proper technique, progressive loading, and movements that carry over into real life. Expect a mix of barbell work, bodyweight strength, and controlled power-based movements that challenge you to get stronger week by week. This isn’t about quick wins.
