  • Boxing

    A high-energy class combining boxing drills, partner pad work, and cardio intervals. This session improves coordination, builds endurance, and sharpens reflexes. Expect a fun, fast-paced workout that keeps you moving and leaves you feeling accomplished.

  • Mat Pilates and Yoga

    A core-focused class designed to improve posture, stability, and overall body control. Using precise movements, you’ll strengthen deep core muscles, enhance flexibility, and build a strong foundation for everyday movement.

    Yoga will leave you feeling relaxed and recovered.

  • Sweat

    A performance-based class focused on metabolic conditioning and endurance. This is where you build your engine. Some days will feel fast and punchy, others longer and grindy — all of it designed to improve your capacity, resilience, and overall performance.

  • HIIT Express

    A 30-minute, high-intensity class built for busy women who just want to get in, train hard, and get on with their day. Simple, effective movements performed at a high effort — no overthinking, no wasted time. Expect a fast pace, a solid sweat, and a session that actually feels like you’ve done something.

  • Strong

    This is where real strength is built. Centred around compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, this class is designed to develop strength that actually lasts — in your muscles, your bones, and the way you move every day. You’ll train with purpose, focusing on proper technique, progressive loading, and movements that carry over into real life. Expect a mix of barbell work, bodyweight strength, and controlled power-based movements that challenge you to get stronger week by week. This isn’t about quick wins.

    It’s about building a body that’s capable, resilient, and strong for the long run.

  • KettleBell Flow

    A dynamic fusion of strength and movement using kettlebells. This class blends functional training with controlled flow sequences to build power, coordination, and mobility. Expect smooth transitions, focused technique, and a serious full-body burn—all while learning how to move with strength and purpose.
